Keto Meals

Here are some of the typical meals I eat on Keto.

Keto Salad Meal

 

Ingredients:

Leafy Greens

Cucumber

Spring Onion

Tomato

Greek Feta

Avocado

Nutritional Yeast
Sat

Pepper

Chilli Flakes

Olive oil

Red wine vinegar

Sauerkraut

Olives

An optional choice of Organic Tofu, Nuts, Eggs, Hummus, Soft Cheese, Beef, or Salmon

Method:

Slice ingredients and lay down in tub or bowl in the above order.
